Scott's PDR was started in 2004 by Scott O'Bine. Scott has been in the automotive repair and reconditioning business for more than 20 years, and has over 7 years of experience doing paintless dent repair. He was trained by the owner of a very reputable and well-respected PDR company in San Diego, California.

Before starting Scott's PDR, he was an ASE Certified Master Technician and also worked with his father in his plastic bumper repair/auto detailing business.
